  • Personal Information: Name, address, contact details of the resident and guardians.
  • Medical Records: Medical history, current prescriptions, doctor reports, and dietary requirements.
  • Payment Information: Bank details for processing fees and refunds.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information solely to providing adequate care, medical monitoring, emergency response, and administrative communication. We do not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers.

3. Data Security

All physical and digital records are stored securely. Access is restricted to authorized medical and administrative staff only.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Carenic Old Age Home. By admitting a resident, the guardian/family agrees to the following terms:

1. Admission & Payments

  • Admission is granted based on the availability of beds and medical assessment.
  • Monthly fees must be paid in advance by the 5th of every month.
  • A security deposit is mandatory at the time of admission.

2. Medical Emergencies

While we provide 24x7 nursing support and doctor visits, Carenic Old Age Home is a care facility, not a hospital. In case of a serious medical emergency, the resident will be shifted to the nearest hospital/nursing home. Ambulance and hospitalization costs are to be borne by the family.

3. Visiting Rules

Family members can visit residents between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Visitors are requested not to disturb other residents.

Refund Policy

Security Deposit Refund

Refundable Amount: ₹60,000 (out of the total ₹70,000 deposit).

Processing Time: The refund amount will be processed within 45 Working Days after the resident leaves or is discharged from the home.

Refund Conditions

  • The guardian must provide a written notice at least 30 days prior to the discharge date.
  • Any outstanding monthly dues, medical bills, or damage charges will be deducted from the security deposit before the refund is initiated.
  • The ₹10,000 admission charge component of the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer/Cheque in the name of the registered guardian only.
